Highlight:
In 1999, Okkervil River members Jonathan Meiburg and Will Sheff started Shearwater as an outlet for the more hushed independent-folk-rock-type songs the two were creating. Since then, the former has opted to focus solely on SW and the latter on OR. Nevertheless, Misra had the privilege of releasing early collaborations between these two phenomenal songwriters – Everybody Makes Mistakes, Winged Life, and the Thieves EP.
